Day three we started the finishing touches to our decks. We started covering the decks in polycrylic paint to protect the board. After we began cutting and adding griptape to the boards, we had several colors to work with for griptape; red, purple, black, and clear. I wasn’t able to start adding my griptape in the first half of the day because I had to redo several layers of paint that got smudged by my first layer of polyacrylics. Later in the day when the board is dry my griptape will be added and I’ll be ready to add my trucks and wheels.
