Coming in on day two I had a few ideas for graphics, but I wasn’t sure how I was going to bring them together. Staples didn’t have the stuff I needed to make a stencil so I went with a back up plan and printed the graphic out on a piece of tagboard and tried to exacto knife it out. That didn’t work out too well. Mr. Lavigne gave me a few great ideas to solve it and I came up with a plan. The paint that I’m using on my board looks really nice and even lets some of the grains of the wood show through, giving the board a really nice effect. I’m hoping to finish today so I can assemble tomorrow. I can’t wait to take it out on Friday.
