First thing I did today was put on my final coats of polyurethane. Next I figured out how I wanted my grip tape to look and layered out the design piece from piece. I achieved what I wanted, which was to show parts of teh stained wood through the grip tape on the top. The top of the board looks way better then i imagined it would come out, and the whole thing (with bottom and top designs) comes together pretty well. I also put together the trucks this morning, meaning the only left to do it put them on after lunch and it'll be done. I was very surprised at how quick the whole process was.
